Delete your account

This removes your Shijro account and the data you own. We confirm it is you by emailing a code to your address.

What gets deleted: your name, email address, password and sign-in details, every session, and any family in which you were the only member, including all of its people, photos and documents. Content you added to a family that has other members stays with that family but is no longer linked to you. Crash reports already sent to Sentry expire within 90 days. See the privacy policy.

If you pay for a family's storage, cancel it in Google Play (or the App Store) first: deleting your account does not stop the store charging you, and the family loses that storage straight away. AI bought for a family stays with it.
